This is based on Jan Cack’s Kiss PPM motor as shown on these links for people interested:

So I set the CNC machine off and knocked out the following:

Really pleased at how the CNC machine handled the small cuts with a 1.5mm carbide cutter and all the parts line up with the base, spot on :)

I have gone for 10 Rotor magnets on the first run, instead of 8 as in the sketch as I want to play with the balance.

Each small Cog will have two minature flange bearings, top and bottom of 8mm Poly base as will the main wheel.

I have ordered from Germany 20mm magnets that are magnetised the way that Jan Cack proposed.
I have stuck to Jan's 4:1 ratio and have 72 teeth on the main Cog and 18 on each o the Stator Cogs as such.

Have finished Lathing the shafts down, took a while to get them all the same, so the Cogs Sitted all at the same height.

Used two RC bearings for each shaft which stops any sideways movement, perfectly :)

Still waiting for magnets.

If you are not using IE you will not be able to see the video box above, so please

Finished unit below, sorry to say no joy, but fun making!

PLEASE NOTE.

Sorry I am not posting the results of my experiments as this would take too much time.
But when I have something I can shout about and that works 100%, then be assured I will post an update.
For now this is just a Blog as such of what I am working on.
