New Modular Rig System

Last year I offered Custom CNC services and because of time retraints, I have not been able to get back to everyone and do the service I offered.
But most people wanted a simple Rig system that comprised of a Base, Uprights, Rotor and Top Bar.
So after a lot of thinking and searching the market to see if anything like the Modular Rig System existed, we came up with a design that should suit most peoples needs and get them up and running.
This Kit consists of a foundation in the form of a Base Plate, which is 12mm thick Polycarbonate and has 625 holes with 625 M4 Brass Inserts press fitted into it.
It also has 4 corner holes for attaching rubber feet if needed.
The Base plate is approx 300mm Square with a 250mm x 250mm matrix for the Brass inserts.
This is then mounted on a 350mm x 350mm 15mm thick Acrylic plate for extra stability.
With this base I will be releasing Add-Ons which can all be bolted onto the base and also together.
This will allow people to build different Rotor configurations very easly and limited tools needed.
The Rigs then can be used for experimenting with different PM magnet configurations as well as different pulse motor configurations.
